Refund policy

Please keep in mind some of our products are handmade with love. We use authentic Austrian crystals which are set by hand. Problems will arise from time to time so please carefully check your order upon receipt to assure that it is complete and correct.

We stand behind our products and strive to maintain a great relationship with our retailers. If you find there is a problem, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly repair or exchange the identical item within 7 days of you receiving your order. 

Repairs or exchanges should be approved through Pink Panache corporate office prior to the return.  

Last Call items are Final Sale and non-refundable. 

Damage can occur by the wearer. Please remind buyers to treat their jewelry with love and respect. Remember that body oils, soap & water, lotions, hairspray, etc. can all cause the metal, beads and crystals to dull or change color. Any repair or exchange older than 3 months will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
